Focusing on Board Governance: Using the Leadership Lens
Nonprofit board members know their job is to govern. But high-performing boards provide leadership as well as governance. Certified Leadership and Strategy Coach Patrick Jinks joins Together SC for a provocative look at governance through the lens of leadership. Using a framework of leadership centered on vision, inspiration, and empowerment, board leaders will be inspired and challenged to see their governance role from a new perspective.
