Teacher Resilience Training (TRT) prepares teachers with limited experience to survive and thrive with students facing common challenges such as socioeconomic disparity, trauma or low academic achievement.

Are you committed to your students, yet frustrated by an inability to build a relationship or coach them effectively? TRT guides novice teaching professionals through the social realities complicating effective student/teacher relationships and classroom achievement.

This course is perfect for teachers who want to increase their likelihood of creating a classroom environment conducive to diverse student populations. The course curriculum is localized to the region and taught by highly competent practitioners in their respective fields of education and sustainable development. TRT is brought to tri-county teaching professionals under InterMediate, LLC’s Sustainable Competitiveness Initiative.
